Mr. Prakash has over 25 years of experience as an Executive, Management Consultant and a Business Strategist. He is the founder and President of Strategic Focus, a consulting boutique that specializes in advising Computer & Software companies on their business strategies and IT shops on their Software purchase decisions. His expertise is in combining Strategic Management Methodologies with his domain knowledge of the Enterprise Software & Services market to help companies build market penetration strategies. Mr. Prakash started his career as a Management Consultant at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Menlo Park, California where he rose to the rank of Program Manager. During his tenure at the firm, he advised many large companies in USA, Canada and Mexico on a variety of Strategic Management Issues including Mergers & Acquisitions. Clients included AT&T, K Mart, Hercules Corporation, Petrosar of Canada, Interindustrias in Mexico and many others.

During his career, Mr. Prakash has also served as CEO of iTenol, an enterprise software company, Manager of Strategic Planning at Xerox, and as a Vice President with P&L responsibility at Strategic, Inc., an information and planning advisory firm. He is also a visiting faculty member at the Sri Sathya Sai University in India where he teaches courses on Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship to second year MBA students.

His education includes B.Tech (Honors) from IIT, Kharagpur in India; MBA and MS (Engineering) --both degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Atar Mittal has over 20 years of senior executive level experience in Information Technology Industry ranging from Engineering/ Development to Operations management. His experience encompasses developing technology and business strategies in Software and Services in the US as well as in the International arena.

Most recently, Atar Mittal was COO & CTO of ITConnexion.com, spearheading the development of a Web based IT Services Automation & Project Management Software. In this position Mr. Mittal played a key role in the product conception, definition, project plans, funding efforts, product development, and repositioning.

In 1994, Mr. Mittal entered the rapidly growing global software services outsourcing market and co-founded a Global Software Services Group with operations in USA, UK, Singapore, South Africa, Japan, and India. Here he was directly responsible for managing the operations in USA, Singapore as well as two India based Software Project Delivery Centers.

In 1983, he co-founded Pertech Computers Limited (PCL)- a computer & office equipment manufacturing and marketing group in India - that grew by 1992 to rank among the top five computer companies in the Indian market. At PCL, he had responsibility for all technical functions encompassing Engineering & Development, Product Management, Systems Engineering & Support, and Strategic Technology Collaborations & Partnerships.
